Pasta with Clams in a White Wine Sauce

One of my last nights in Paris, Chantal and I made clams in a white wine sauce, sprinkled with arugula and served over pasta noodles. We laughed, told stories, shared a wonderful evening amongst friends. I am so pleased to be able to share this recipe with you, my dear friends.
